"Delivery felt a bit slow, honestly"
I was kind of annoyed because it showed up later than I expected, but at least it did arrive in the end. Not the worst experience, just not exactly great either.

I had a billing issue that did get fixed in the end, but the refund took way too long to come through. Support did eventually reply and sort it out, but I was getting impatient waiting around for an update.

"Transfer was surprisingly not a hassle"
I moved my prescription over to Blink Health and, it was a lot less annoying than I expected. I figured the verification would drag on forever like these things usually do, but they actually checked it and kept me updated faster than my old pharmacy ever managed to, which isn’t exactly a high bar but still appreciated.

I had one small question and support answered it clearly enough without making it into a whole thing. Got my meds sorted without a bunch of back and forth, so yeah, 5 stars from me

"I never knew where my order was, and..."
I never knew where my order was, and the tracking didn’t make things any clearer. When I reached out, the replies took way too long, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. At this point, I’ve kind of lost trust and I’m not sure I’d order again.

"Pickup was easy"
I tried Blink Health for a pharmacy pickup it was smooth. The price matched what I saw online, so no weird surprise when I got to the counter. The pharmacy did take a few minutes to find the order, but it wasn’t a big deal or anything. Overall, good experience... just wish the pickup instructions had been a little clearer...

"Saved a bit, but not every time"
I’ve used Blink a handful of times and it’s saved me maybe $5 to $10 here and there. That said, a couple of times my local pharmacy was pretty much the same price, so it’s not always the absolute cheapest. Still, overall it’s been fine and worth checking before I buy.

i mean, my local pharmacy was out of my meds, but Blink had them ready to order. It was easy to use and saved me from having to call a bunch of different places.

"Good price, but checkout could’ve been smoother"
I used Blink because the price was better than what I was seeing through other discount cards, and it did end up saving me money. The only issue was at the pharmacy, they seemed a little unsure about accepting it at first, so there was some back and forth before they got it to work. Compared to competitors, the savings were solid, but the process wasn’t quite as easy as I expected.
